Position: HR Operations Executive
Experience: 1 year
Salary: 17,00018,000 fixed per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Candidate Preference: Male candidates only

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
• Manage joining formalities and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operations.




• Process payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
• Handle basic statutory compliance related to UAN, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Professional Tax (PTax).

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, SUMIF, duplicate value identification, filtering, and sorting.
• Basic understanding of HR operations and payroll processes.
