What the role is about

You will be CEOFactory's person on the ground at a client's business. You will work full-time from the client's location, and take complete ownership of the project and delivery; from understanding the problem, to designing the solution, to implementing it, getting people to actually use it, and governing it until the results show up in the numbers.

Job Responsibilities

Can be broadly categorized into the following brackets:

Problem Analysis

- Understand the client's business, processes, people and numbers from the ground up.
- Identify the real problem behind the symptoms by gathering data, spending time on the floor and speaking to the people who run the business day-to-day.
- Conduct structured analysis and present clear, fact-based findings to the client and the CEOFactory team lead.

Solutioning

- Design practical, cost-efficient solutions that fit the client's business and can be executed immediately.
- Translate solutions into clear action plans with owners, timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare reports, presentations and process documents that are simple, accurate and easy to act on.

Implementation & Adoption

- Drive the implementation of agreed solutions hands-on, working alongside the client's teams.
- Ensure the current processes, systems and ways of working are actually adopted by the people who need to use them not just rolled out.
- Leverage CEOFactory's technology solutions to expedite implementation, drive adoption and embed new processes into the client's daily operations.
- Train, handhold and follow up with client teams until the change becomes business-as-usual.

Governance

- Set up review mechanisms, trackers and dashboards to monitor progress against agreed metrics.
- Run regular reviews with client teams, flag deviations early and course-correct before they become problems.
- Ensure gains are sustained and continue to show up in the client's business metrics.

Stakeholder Management





- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all deliverables, from the promoter or CEO to functional heads and ground-level teams.
- Build trust and working relationships across levels of the client organisation to get things done.
- Provide regular updates on progress, achievements, challenges and next steps to both the client and the CEOFactory team lead.

Delivery Ownership

- Take full ownership of the client's deliverables timeliness, accuracy, completeness and quality.
- Plan and manage your own workstreams so that commitments made to the client are met on time, within scope.
- Be accountable for outcomes, not just activities.
