Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
2. Verify employee ID cards, visitor passes, and vehicle entry permits.
3. Conduct regular security patrols across the factory premises, including production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and other restricted zones.
4. Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or security violations.
5. Maintain visitor registers, vehicle movement records, gate passes, and daily security reports.
6. Ensure proper checking of materials entering and leaving the factory in coordination with the concerned departments.
7. Monitor and control the movement of company assets, materials, and equipment.
8. Ensure compliance with factory safety and security procedures, including emergency response protocols.
9. Coordinate with the EHS and Administration teams during emergencies,



fire incidents, accidents, or other security-related issues.
10. Prepare shift handover reports and communicate significant incidents to the next shift team.
11. Ensure discipline and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
12. Support emergency evacuation and security arrangements during drills and unexpected situations.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma.
- Additional security training or certification will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in automobile manufacturing plants, EV manufacturing facilities, industrial security, or large-scale factory security operations will be preferred.
