1. Regular visits to high-streets all across Delhi/NCR market and source the currently available properties for lease/sale in these high-streets.
2. Data of all available sites to be collated and updated regularly in MS PowerPoint/Excel as per company format
3. Work on site requirements as shared by the management and ensure timely submission of the same.
4. Coordinate and conduct site visits/inspection with the clients whenever required.
5. Maintain good relationships with landlords in all markets.
6. Travel in North India for site visits/property sourcing if required (expenses to be reimbursed)
