Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled C# SDET / Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in C# programming, BDD frameworks, and API automation. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, API testing using RestSharp/HTTP Client, and BDD automation using SpecFlow or ReqnRoll.

Candidates should also have practical exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, including prompt engineering and agent creation.

Primary Skills – Mandatory

1. C# Programming

- Strong hands-on programming experience in C#.
- Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and coding fundamentals.

2. BDD – SpecFlow / ReqnRoll

- Hands-on experience with SpecFlow or ReqnRoll.
- Ability to create and maintain feature files, scenarios, step definitions, and automation scripts.

3. API Automation – RestSharp / HTTP Client

- Strong experience in API automation using RestSharp or HTTP Client.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, request/response validation, and assertions.

4. API Testing Tools

- Experience with Postman, Bruno, or RestClient.
- Ability to execute, validate, and troubleshoot API requests.

5. Selenium with C#

- Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver automation using C#.




- Knowledge of automation framework development and maintenance.

6. AI Coding Assistant – GitHub Copilot

- Practical experience using GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI coding assistants.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, and agent creation.

7. Communication Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Secondary Skills – Good to Have

- .NET Core: Basic understanding.
- SQL Server: Basic SQL queries and database validation.
- NoSQL: MongoDB / Aerospike.
- Messaging: Kafka / RabbitMQ.
- Containerization: Docker.
- Version Control: Git and GitHub.
- Agile Tools: Jira.
- IDE: Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code.
- Log Monitoring: Splunk.
- Container Orchestration: Kubernetes.
- Performance Testing: JMeter.
