Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor QC activities and coordinate with QC inspectors to identify and prevent defects before product delivery.

2. Ensure implementation of customer-specific requirements during final inspection and timely product release.

3. Ensure timely communication and resolution of short-quantity job issues.

4. Improve SAP-related QC activities, documentation and inspection processes.

5. Identify and reduce non-value-added activities to optimize manpower utilization and improve productivity.

6. Conduct training programs for QC personnel on inspection procedures, quality standards and laid-down practices.

7. Coordinate and support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

8. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental,



health and safety regulations, PPE requirements and EMS.

9. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.

10. Ensure awareness and implementation of applicable BRCGS, FSC, GMI, Safety and cGMP practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and QC inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of SAP activities related to QC.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Knowledge of BRCGS, FSC, GMI and cGMP practices.
- Positive communication, coordination, team management and problem-solving skills.
