Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hospital hospitality and facility operations.
- Oversee food services, catering operations, and service quality.
- Ensure smooth patient services and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage and lead operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with hospital management, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Handle client interactions, operational issues, and service-related concerns.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- 810 years of experience in Hospitality, Facility Management, or Healthcare Hospitality Operations.
- Solid team management and leadership skills.
- Experience in food services, patient services, and customer satisfaction management.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with experience in hospital or healthcare hospitality operations will be preferred.
