Job Description

Sutherland is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers for the position of Banking Operations Associate to support our banking and financial services process.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in starting their careers in the banking domain. Selected candidates will be responsible for handling banking-related documentation, document collection, verification, and customer support activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to process guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect and process customer documents as per banking requirements.
- Verify customer information and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle banking-related documentation and maintain proper records.
- Identify missing or incomplete documents and coordinate for necessary updates.
- Perform data entry and update customer information in internal systems.
- Support banking operations and customer-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.
- Ensure quality and accuracy while completing assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Only Freshers can apply.
- Candidates must have completed graduation in Arts & Science streams.
- Preferred qualifications:



B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.A., MBA, MCA and other relevant Arts & Science degrees.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.

- Shift: Night Shift.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Week Off: 2 Fixed Week Offs.
- Work Mode: Work from Office.
