Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers for business loans and cross-sell relevant products.

- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, sales calls, and relationship management.

- Meet monthly targets by acquiring new clients and increasing revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in NBFC or related field (preferably).

- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone/email/in-person meetings.

- Ability to work independently from home office setting with minimal supervision.
