Role & Responsibilities

1. Owner Relationship & Portfolio Management

- Manage relationships with property owners across the assigned hub.
- Address owner concerns proactively and maintain solid partner relationships.
- Prevent owner churn by ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining partner satisfaction.

2. Revenue & Occupancy Management

- Drive revenue and occupancy across the assigned property portfolio.
- Ensure availability of sellable rooms across properties.
- Improve booking conversions to maximise room-night production and revenue.

3. Customer & Guest Experience

- Monitor customer and guest experience metrics across the assigned cluster.
- Identify underperforming properties and take corrective actions to improve guest satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent service quality and experience across the portfolio.

4. Accounts Receivable & Collections





- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from property owners and portfolio clients.
- Follow up on pending accounts receivable and resolve payment-related issues.

5. Stakeholder & Issue Management

- Resolve issues involving property owners, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of operational and business concerns.

6. Market Insights & Business Updates

- Share regular updates on local market conditions, pricing trends and competitor activity.
- Identify market opportunities and challenges that may impact property performance.
- Provide on-ground business insights to support better decision-making.
