Job Description:

About the role We are looking for someone who is creative, strategic, trend-aware, and highly proactive. Person who understands personal branding, content strategy, and social media growth. The person will be responsible for building and managing a strong personal brand across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities -

Develop and execute personal branding and social media strategies. Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Create content calendars, reels, posts, carousels, stories and videos. Convert ideas, experiences and expertise into engaging content. Write strong hooks, captions, scripts and LinkedIn content. Maintain a consistent brand voice, positioning and visual identity. Coordinate with designers,



video editors and other content teams. Track reach, engagement and growth and improve content strategy accordingly. Stay updated with social media trends and viral content formats.

Requirements -

3 to 5 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing or Personal Branding. Proven experience managing or building a personal/founder brand. Strong content writing, storytelling and communication skills. Valuable understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn. Creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. A portfolio of personal branding/social media work is preferred.
