Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as US IT Recruiters. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients and sourcing suitable candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for direct US clients.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Handle various IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Maintain a good conversion ratio of candidate submissions into interviews and placements.




- Ensure recruitment targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (IT background preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

- First 3 Months (Training/Probation): 14,000 per month (In-hand).
- After 3 Months: 16,000 per month.
- After 9 Months: Up to 18,000 per month, based on performance.

- Selection through telephonic and virtual interview rounds.
