Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business requirements for Payments transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops with Business, Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.
- Create BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Support payment product enhancements across Cross-Border, Domestic, Cards and Digital Payments.
- Analyze end-to-end payment processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Participate in payment transformation programs, operational change initiatives and regulatory projects.
- Work closely with Payment Operations teams to understand operational impacts of change.
- Support solution design discussions, impact assessments and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with testing teams during SIT/UAT cycles and support business sign-offs.




- Facilitate risk and control discussions with Operations, Compliance and Risk teams.
- Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support deployment, hypercare and change adoption activities.

Must Have

- 8-15 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of Payments domain experience.
- Strong Business Analysis experience in Banking or Financial Services.
- Experience in one or more of:
- Cross-Border Payments
- Domestic Payments
- Cards Payments
- Wallets
- Transaction Banking
- Cash Management

- Solid stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases and UAT.
- Agile delivery experience with Jira and Confluence.
