Primary Skill: Oracle Demantra L2/L3 Application Managed Support Services

JD:-

Provide day-to-day L2/L3 support for Oracle Demantra.

Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, data issues, scheduled jobs and application errors.

Perform initial analysis and coordinate complex issues with senior SMEs.

Execute approved fixes and application/configuration changes.

Monitor scheduled processes and production interfaces.

Perform testing and validation of fixes and enhancements.

Maintain incident documentation and knowledge articles.

Participate in shift/on-call support according to project requirement
