KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- CTC: 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA

WORKING SCHEDULE
- Monday Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Weekly Off
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
