Key Responsibilities

- Agent Recruitment: Build, expand, and maintain a solid team of captive or independent insurance advisors/agents through local networking, referrals, and sourcing.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct regular product training, skill workshops, and orientation sessions so agents understand life insurance plans (term, ULIPs, endowments, pension plans).
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual premium and policy-count targets through your agent network.
- Performance Monitoring: Supervise agent activity plans, conduct regular reviews (e.g., Weekly Performance Review Programs / PRPs), and track Sales Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Mentorship & Retention: Motivate agents, manage early-stage handholding, and guide them through career progression structures to reduce first-year attrition.
- Process & Compliance Support: Assist agents with policy issuance, documentation, commission reconciliation, and post-sale customer/claim service.
