- Sourcing & Pipeline: Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting to build an active talent pool from competing broking firms and aggregators.
- Selection & Offer: Conduct initial HR screenings, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure high offer-acceptance rates.
