Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the commercial finance industry.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Python programming language to forecast revenue growth, expense management, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives related to pricing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Robust analytical skills with proficiency in FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) tools such as Excel or equivalent software.
- Experience working with large datasets using Python programming language for data analysis and modeling.
