Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee insurance sales team, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective networking within the community.
- Recruit new agents and train them on life insurance products and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in life insurance industry with a focus on insurance sales management or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
- Proven track record of achieving targets in an agency channel environment.
- Robust understanding of general insurance, health insurance, life insurance products.
