Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing channels, campaign management, SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword research.
- Drive lead generation activities through organic and paid marketing channels.
- Manage website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Develop and execute content marketing, social media, and email marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs, ROI, and lead quality.
- Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign spending, and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure timely execution and performance.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, content, and development teams for marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable management insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT or technology services industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
- Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Robust understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in managing marketing teams and handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and achieve measurable business results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing for IT services, SaaS, or software development companies.
- Knowledge of international B2B marketing and global lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and email marketing tools.
- Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
