Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible, creative, proactive, and highly organised professional who can independently manage graphic design, video editing and social media content,.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment, handling urgent requirements, meeting tight deadlines, and taking complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Professional design capabilities, hands-on video editing experience , Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Independently design social media posts, carousels, posters, thumbnails, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Develop professional marketing materials, presentations, and event graphics.
- Maintain consistent branding, visual quality, typography, and design standards.
- Work proficiently with Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity or equivalent tools.

2. Video Editing & Content Production

- Independently edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, interviews, and event highlights.
- Add subtitles, sound effects, transitions, music, and motion graphics.
- Create engaging videos with strong hooks, storytelling, and clear calls to action.
- Work with Premiere Pro, Adobe after effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.




- Deliver high-quality video content within assigned timelines.
- Maintain consistency in content quality and publishing schedules.

3. Responsibility, Ownership & Deadline Management

- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks from briefing to final delivery.
- Handle urgent creative requests and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Prioritize multiple assignments without compromising essential quality standards.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and timelines proactively.
- Coordinate with team members and respond constructively to feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure tasks are completed without repeated follow-ups.
