Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Gold Loan Sourcing & Processing: Canvass and source current customers to build the gold loan portfolio; collect, check, and verify gold jewelry/assets, and detail available loan schemes to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain active client follow-ups, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships to maximize business value.
- Branch Operations & Cash Handling: Manage bulk cash, handle day-to-day accounting transactions, post and update system entries, and process documentation.
- Record & Report Maintenance: Prepare daily statements, maintain cash books, vouchers, registers, and coordinate with regional offices or banks.
- Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation: Promote and sell allied financial products at the branch level, including insurance, mutual funds, personal loans, and home loans.
- Field Visits & Target Achievement: Conduct field visits to meet prospective and corporate customers, follow up on interest/NPA (Non-Performing Assets) collections, and meet individual and branch-level targets.
Quick Profile Facts
- Salary Range: Typically 2.5 Lakhs to 3.1 Lakhs per year (approx. 21,600 to 22,100 take-home per month) + Incentives + Annual Bonus.
- Eligibility: Fresh graduates or post-graduates in any discipline (commerce, business, or management preferred); basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
- Work Schedule: Generally Monday to Saturday with fixed branch timings
- Job Location- Malad, Bhayander, Dahisar, Borivali, Dharavi, Bandra, Mumbai Central, Dahanu road, Vasai, Mira road, Goregaon.
