Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and ledgers.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for recent projects and provide recommendations on investment opportunities.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in finance operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized institution.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accountancy principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in DPR preparation, financial budgeting, financial forecasting, financial operations management.
