Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

Shakti Global is looking for a skilled, responsible and detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in marketplace operations, product listing, catalogue management, order processing, purchase orders and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra.
- Handle product listings and catalogue management across multiple marketplaces.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and other product details.
- Ensure accurate and timely product uploads and catalogue updates.
- Monitor listings and resolve marketplace-related issues.

2. Order & Purchase Management

- Handle daily order processing and purchase orders.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with packaging, warehouse and dispatch teams.




- Track pending orders and resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure smooth order management across all marketplaces.

3. Product & Inventory Management

- Monitor product availability and stock levels across marketplaces.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock updates.
- Ensure accurate product information across all platforms.
- Prevent stock mismatches and inventory-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart.
- Working knowledge of Meesho and Myntra marketplace operations.
- Good understanding of product listing and catalogue management.
- Knowledge of order processing, purchase orders and inventory management.
- Ability to handle multiple marketplace operations efficiently.
- Valuable coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce reporting.
