Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through recruitment, training, and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to increase revenue growth.
- Manage a team of agents to achieve targets, provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions that drive lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive insurance industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in agency development or related field (e.g., BFSI sales, Sales , life insurance sales, Recruitments,etc)
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of success in selling life insurance products through an agency model.
- Robust understanding of local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
