Job Title: Senior Sales Associate

Location: Lenskart Retail Stores
Reporting To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving sales, supporting junior staff, and ensuring store operations and brand standards are maintained as per Lenskart SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide personalized eye-care and product recommendations

- Drive sales of frames, lenses, accessories, and services

- Support Store Manager in daily store operations and target achievement

- Guide and mentor junior sales associates on product knowledge and selling skills

- Ensure accurate eye-test coordination with optometrists

- Handle billing, cash/POS operations, and basic inventory checks

- Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene,



and brand presentation

- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

- Adhere to Lenskart SOPs, service standards, and compliance norms

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in retail sales (optical / fashion / lifestyle preferred)

- Solid communication and customer-handling skills

- Sales-driven mindset with focus on targets and conversion

- Basic computer/POS knowledge

- Team player with leadership potential

Education:

- Minimum Graduation
