Job Description:

We are hiring a Quality Manager for our office located in Delhi and manufacturing unit located in Rai (Haryana). QA Manager will have a shared profile of Regulatory as well. The candidate will be based in our India office (Rohini, Delhi) and must also be willing to travel locally for site visits or regulatory coordination. We are 100% export unit without domestic sales. We use services of outside labs for control and monitoring of parameters of CoA. We export more than 100 finished products to more than 20 countries. We also export RM to EU.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Coordination and control with outside labs for post production analysis of all relevant parameters of random samples withdrawn from commercial supplies.

2. Coordination and control with outside labs for analysis of RM as per CoA of Manufacturer before export to EU.

3. Along with team of Regulatory Managers located at Delhi office, Prepare, compile,



and prepare regulatory dossiers for EU and Asian countries as per EFSA and local regulations.

4. Batch release after analysis of lab reports.

5. Ensure product compliance including labeling, claims, ingredients, and packaging as per EU norms.

6. Stay up-to-date with EU regulatory changes and guidelines related to food supplements and nutraceuticals.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for young candidate with work experience in similar or same position of 2-5 years who can be trained and developed as per our work culture, needs and demand of our markets. Candidate should have knowledge and experience of HPLC, Gas Chromatography, Ion Chromatography), Spectroscope, Spectrometer.
