Handle MC collection portfolios, agency allocation, FOS coordination, bucket-wise recovery, repossession cases, customer escalations and field compliance. Monitor agency performance and achieve recovery targets.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in Banking/NBFC/Financial Services/FMCG. Full time Graduate, maximum age 30. Strong negotiation, relationship management and collection skills.
