Role Overview

We are looking for a hard-hitting Field Sales Executive to drive B2B customer acquisition across Delhi NCR. You will be selling ThePrepLab platform subscription and student app directly to coaching institutions. We are looking for closers who know the Delhi coaching market inside out and can drive immediate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to coaching institutions in high-density educational hubs (Rajendra Nagar, Kalu Sarai, Mukherjee Nagar, etc.).
- Pitch ThePrepLab platform and student app to institute owners and key decision-makers.
- Drive transactional closures aiming to secure a token amount on the first meeting, while effectively managing follow-ups and multiple visits for complex deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with coaching institute owners.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, meeting updates, and customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

- Experience: 3-6 years of core B2B sales experience, strictly within the Edtech/SaaS industry.




- Education: Any Graduate degree.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of on-the-spot deal closures.
- Infrastructure: Must own a smartphone and have personal transportation for daily field travel. Must also have a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a professional work setup for remote reporting and admin work.
