What you'll do

- Post and refresh job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
- Share information forms and assessments with applicants, and follow up on responses.
- Screen resumes against role requirements and shortlist candidates.
- Make screening calls and schedule interviews, training sessions and assessments.
- Coordinate with team leads and interviewers to keep the pipeline moving.
- Onboard selected candidates: share documents
- Maintain candidate trackers and hiring databases in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Prepare simple weekly reports on responses, selections and onboarding by role and channel.
- Help source candidates through LinkedIn outreach, online communities and referrals.

Who we're looking for

Must have

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Psychology or a related field.




- Explicit spoken and written English; Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and emails every day.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, Google Forms and email.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up without reminders.
- Available to work on-site at Nehru Place, New Delhi, Monday to Saturday, for the full 3 months.
