Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects at our Uran, Navi Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end residential and commercial construction projects.
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring and timely completion.
- Manage site operations, contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure project delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
- Monitor construction quality, safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Handle project budgeting,



resource allocation and cost control.
- Identify and resolve project execution challenges.
- Provide regular project progress reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction or real estate project management.
- Must have worked with a contracting construction company, real estate developer or builder.
- Solid experience handling both residential and commercial projects.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project execution and team management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, coordination and decision-making skills.
- Must be willing to work at Uran, Navi Mumbai.
