Roles and Responsibilities

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Design of Aero Static & Rotating Mechanical Components under minimal guidance using Ansys APDL.
- Should have positive knowledge in Solid mechanics, Machine design, Fatigue, GD & T, Tolerance stack up, Design Standards, Manufacturing, engineering fundamentals, materials specification.
- CAD,NX,SOLID WORKS,CATIA, DFMEA, BOM
- 2D & 3D Finite Element modelling of simple and moderate FE models
- Good understanding on Strength, buckling and Durability(LCF/HCF) of components.
- Knowledge of damage tolerance assessments to estimate fracture life
- Familiarity with Non-Conformance, repair evaluation processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical,



Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in mechanical design & analysis of aircraft engine models
- Postgraduate/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace engineering with excellent academic background
- In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines and commitments
