About the Role

At B2B Sales Arrow, we're looking for an exceptional Art Director / Booth Design Conceptualizer to lead the creative vision behind exhibition booths, trade show environments, experiential marketing campaigns, and branded spaces.

This is more than a design role—it's an opportunity to transform ideas into immersive brand experiences that engage audiences and deliver business impact. You'll work at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, strategy, and execution, bringing concepts to life from the first sketch through final delivery.

What You'll Do

- Lead the creative direction and conceptualization of exhibition booths, pavilions, experience centers, conferences, and experiential marketing projects.
- Transform client briefs into creative spatial concepts and compelling brand experiences.
- Develop immersive visitor journeys that combine creativity, functionality, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with production, fabrication, and project teams to ensure concepts are technically feasible and execution-ready.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, maintaining high standards of design excellence.
- Present concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders while balancing creativity with commercial objectives.
- Stay ahead of global exhibition, experiential marketing, design, and technology trends.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings both creative excellence and leadership.

Required Experience

- 8–15+ years in Exhibition Design, Experiential Marketing, Trade Shows, Spatial Design, or Brand Experience Design.




- Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition booths, experiential spaces, or trade show projects.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple design projects.
- Strong client presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent understanding of fabrication methods, production processes, materials, and installation.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

- Exceptional ability to transform ideas into immersive physical environments.
- Strong spatial storytelling and visitor experience design skills.
- Ability to convert conceptual sketches into production-ready designs.
- Experience working on international exhibitions across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and experiential marketing.
- A strong balance between creativity, practicality, and production feasibility.
