- Prepare high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer experiences.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to make recommendations to customers.

- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.
