If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and play a key role in our ambitious plans, we want to hear from you!About the RoleHere’s a brief look at what you’ll do:Sales Training: You will lead the delivery of comprehensive and engaging sales training for our field BDMs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.Individual Coaching: Provide personal coaching and mentoring, giving tailored feedback and support so your team members can reach their full potential and exceed performance targets.On-site Support: Spend 4 days a week with our Sales Managers in the field, providing hands-on assistance, observing customer interactions, and giving real-time feedback to boost sales effectiveness.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement region-specific sales strategies that align with overall business goals and maximize sales performance.Performance Evaluation:
