David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch-speaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Greece.Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Athens, GreeceWork model: In office, 100% (possibility of Work From Home, performance depedent and upon finalizing onsite training)Employment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guestsServe as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication.Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issuesAct as a key focal point for our leading accommodation partners by answering basic questions & queries about rooms modifications, rates and/or availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid,
