Job Description:
1. Production Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and priorities.
- Plan and monitor production activities across Assembly, Degreasing, Quality Control (QC) and Electropolishing (EP) processes.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and delivery timelines are achieved.
2. Coordination & Monitoring
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Design and Project teams.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), material availability and production capacity.
- Track order-wise production progress from planning to final dispatch.
3. Production Control & Reporting
- Identify production bottlenecks, delays and operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prioritise urgent orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare daily/weekly PPC MIS reports and maintain production trackers and schedules.
