Job Description:
- Execute internal audit assignments for insurance clients, covering Life and General Insurance.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls across insurance business processes.
- Perform process audits covering underwriting, claims management, policy administration, premium collection and reinsurance.
- Conduct walkthroughs, control testing and identify process gaps and potential risks.
- Evaluate compliance with applicable IRDAI regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare audit documentation, highlight observations and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
