Must Have

- 3+ years of skilled Data Science experience
- 3+ years of professional experience designing, building, optimizing, debugging, and maintaining complex production-ready Python code
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Python and pandas, including joins, filtering, grouping, datetime operations, vectorized operations, and functions
- Experience with and strong understanding of core data science concepts, including:
- Feature engineering
- Designing and running robust cross-validation experiments
- Model selection and evaluation
- Identifying data leakage and other common modeling pitfalls

- Nice-to-Have

- Degree in Quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics,



Computer Science, Engineering
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience containerizing and deploying models
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with production ML pipelines, model monitoring, and MLOps practices
- Experience with cloud-based data science platforms, particularly AWS
- Experience with time-series forecasting or other predictive modeling in a production environmen Experience with feature stores
