Responsibilities and Duties
❖ Nurture and convert leads generated by various marketing channels.
❖ Use CRM to keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities.
❖ Make telephone calls to inbound business prospects.
❖ Prepare proposals and negotiate services and pricing to close deals.
❖ Explain service offerings thoroughly to prospects.
❖ Understand prospect requirements and promote correct services.
❖ Actively follow-up potentials to improve sales conversion ratios.
❖ Research and mine business data to generate sales leads.
❖ Participate in outbound sales activities like attending trade shows.
❖ Interact with operations team to ensure accurate delivery of services.
❖ Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with clients.
❖ Gather client feedback and provide inputs in improving services.
❖ Plan and work towards achieving sales targets.
