Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing staff, optimizing financial performance, planning and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



The Business Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision, financial management, and marketing
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Certification in restaurant management or related field is a plus
