•Assist in preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, quotations, and presentations. • Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in generating leads, prospecting, and managing client relationships. Assist in research and data gathering to identify potential customers or market opportunities.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with company guidelines.
- Manage the order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer orders. Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., inventory, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Update and maintain customer and sales data regularly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards, providing insights to sales managers and the team about sales performance, trends, and key metrics.
- Assist in preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, quotations, and presentations. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with company guidelines.
- Liaise with various internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to coordinate sales-related activities and ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency. Suggest and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens on the sales team.
