Full job description

We are hiring a friendly and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. You’ll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,



and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, providing effective solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales

Qualifications:

- Any Degree
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Freshers also can apply

Location: Calicut
