Position Overview
We are seeking a Connector Engineer to design and develop connectors that enable seamless integration between our AI Agents platform and various third-party systems. These connectors will facilitate data exchange and automation, allowing AI Agents to interact with real-world data from platforms such as Google Drive,
Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, and others. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of AI-driven applications that streamline enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain connectors that integrate third-party platforms (GDrive, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce) with the AI Agents platform.
- Collaborate with backend and infrastructure engineers to ensure seamless data flow and integration with existing systems.
- Work closely with the AI/ML team to enable AI Agents to access and process data from external systems in real-time.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions to handle large volumes of data from multiple sources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and optimize connector performance.
- Ensure the connectors are well-documented, easy to maintain, and scalable to meet future enterprise needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing connectors, APIs, or middleware for integrating third-party systems.
- Strong programming skills in the back-end.
- Experience with RESTful APIs,
webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their integration tools.
- Strong understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy best practices.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Google Drive, Slack, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar systems.
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of AI Agents or experience with AI-driven platforms.
- Experience working with automation tools and systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
