Roles & Responsibilities:

- Relationship -building and maintained with key decision makers/agencies at the National/State level to develop support for company’s positions and priorities.
- Provide the insights on the Government upcoming and latest Policies& regulations and proactively suggest the changes anticipated so that organization adapts as per the Local requirements.
- Strong knowledge of government processes, legislative and regulatory frameworks, and public policy issues.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful government affairs strategies.




- Strong analytical and research skills to assess the impact of proposed regulations and legislation on our organization.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to advocate for our organization's interests.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to navigate complex government processes and issues.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for research, analysis, and communication.
- Lead Public Affairs strategies in close alignment with Regulatory, Medical Affairs & Marketing to advance company’s business goals and strategic/business priorities.
- Actively engage with various Industry Chambers (FICCI/CII, MTAI) Trade Bodies, Committees,



in order to build strong networks with government and statutory officials and assist in policy decisions that support Industry and organization.

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, business, economics, public health or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully advocating for an organization's interests in government settings.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting the industry.
- Previous experience working with government officials and policymakers at various levels.
- Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the government and advocacy community.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and other relevant events.




- Strong influencing & collaboration skills, ability to build strong network with both internal partners and identified external stakeholders
- Academic Qualification from Premier institute

Experience Required :

- 5-8 years' total experience in Govt Affairs role in Healthcare arena
