Atlas is building an all-in-one customer support platform with a focus on a customer-centered experience. We're YC W22-backed and have raised $5.6M from top founders and angels. Our product consolidates customer interactions—including support tickets, product events, and session recordings—into a unified timeline, reducing time spent switching between tools. We’re remote, scrappy, and looking for someone who is just as ambitious to help us shape the future of support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute customer data migrations to ensure a seamless transition to Atlas.
- Ensure customers fully implement Atlas within their support teams.
- Set up new communication channels for our customers (SMS, WhatsApp, and others as needed),
handling all associated compliance requirements (e.g., A2P 10DLC).
- Set clear expectations with customers regarding completion timelines and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct outbound emails to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support role or handling outbound emails.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of independence and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience working at a customer support software startup.
- Familiarity with data migration processes.
- Experience working with Twilio for SMS and/or WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of customer support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, and Zoho Support.
- Proven track record in handling outbound emails effectively.
