Job Description :
- Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the product and service offerings.
- Shall support the sales team with the required product information, solution building, proposal building, estimate preparation, demo / POC building and support sales team in the entire liaison required.
- Should have product experience on Oracle e-business suite and Oracle SaaS Fusion cloud application in the areas of Finance (AP, AR, CM, FA, GL) with consolidation and costing
- Should have Worked on atleast on 5 to 7 full cycle implementation
- Should have been Instrumental in winning and successfully converting opportunities to projects (atleast 4-5 such successful pre-sale engagements from end to end sales cycle)
- Work closely with Sales and Delivery / Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client
- Assist in preparation of RFP/RFQ
- Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit.
- Ensure smooth transition to delivery teams of the business and functional requirements agreed with customer and enable initial hand holding and relationship building with customer.
- Should be result oriented & passionate next gen & digital transformation leader with visionary thinking & drive.
- Should be a self-starter with hands on experience in building business on lasting relationships, designing & executing Business automation strategies.
- Should drive & motivate teams to reach organizational & business goals,
- Multifaceted experience across delivery of complex Oracle Cloud and On-premise based transformational projects
- Good leadership experience in enterprise and Industry software & solutions, presales, bid management.
- Rich solution architect background enabled cross experience in various industry vertical solutions and roles
- Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects - Pre Sales Consultants help their sales team qualify leads by using their deep understanding of the products ideal customer pain points
- Craft Sales Pitches for Sales Team - Pre Sales Consultants use their delivery / solutioning expertise, to craft sales pitches for their sales team.
- Involves presenting sales pitches to the decision makers of a given campaign.
- Provide Product Knowledge Support to Sales Team
- Participate in Strategy Meetings with Sales Team
- Should be an excellent collaborator
- Should have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Should have good research skills & quest for learning
- Should be able to also do delivery management / handle project teams.
- Should have experience in handling 15-20 member project team.
- Should have flexibility to travel across the globe.
- Should have domain industry working experience as accountant
