Designation - HR Intern for 2 months
Notice period - Immediate joiner
Age Criteria - 21 yrs - 25 yrs old
Education - Any Graduate preferred MBA in HR or BBA in HR
Objective
To support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while gaining hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Job Posting & Sourcing:
- Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
1. Screening & Coordination:
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
- Conduct initial HR screenings (via phone or email).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
1. Documentation & Follow-up:
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and internal teams during the recruitment process.
1. Onboarding Support:
- Assist in pre-joining formalities and onboarding processes.
1. Employer Branding Support:
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms.
Skills Required
- Robust communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of HR tools (Excel, ATS is a plus)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
