Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads and build client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
- Visit colleges, institutions, and corporate clients to promote our services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Palakkad and nearby regions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
