Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Sr Developer based in Bengaluru, with some work from home flexibility. The ServiceNow Sr Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Day-to-day tasks include customizing and building applications, integrating with other systems, handling ServiceNow configurations, and ensuring optimal platform performance. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions. Qualifications Proficient in ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Configuration, and Application CustomizationExperience in JavaScript, AngularJS,
and other web technologiesSkills in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and toolsKnowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsRelevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
